DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery is made using UPS Courier services, we have previously had poor experiences with other services and as such would prefer to use a reliable service even if that means a slightly higher cost.​ We package our items very carefully but if your item should arrive damaged in anyway then contact us immediately so we can help rectify the problem.

When shipping outside of the UK sometimes there may be import duty and VAT costs to pay, we unfortunately can not predict or be held responsible for these extra costs but we do the best we can to ensure these are appropriate according to your country and our product value.

RETURN POLICY

As each item is produced to order and to your specific requirements we can not accept returns or offer a refund on items after delivery. We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure you are happy with the result, once you have signed off the artwork then we can not go back.

If however at any stage during the design process you are not completely happy with your piece and you wish to cancel it then we can offer your a refund on your purchase deducting a small fee for design time as agreed with yourself.
